Role OverviewThe Director of Finance oversees all matters related to the fiscal operations, functions, planning, and budgeting of the agency. The position ensures the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and grant requirements, and effective stewardship of organizational resources.
What You Will Do
Direct and oversee all financial operations, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, prepare financial analysis and recommendations, and maintain internal controls and financial policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience
- Experience in nonprofit accounting and grant management preferred
- Experience managing audits, budgets and financial reporting
- Supervisory or management experience required
