Role OverviewHyatt seeks a Finance Business Partner who embraces agile principles and cross-functional collaboration to implement strategic financial strategies aligned with business objectives. This role reports to the General Manager and is pivotal in guiding strategic decision making and financial planning to drive the hotel's achievements and profitability. The Director of Finance oversees all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and adherence to financial regulations and standards.
What You Will Do
Prepare and review all monthly and annual financial statements, investigate and analyze variance explanations, and execute corrective measures. Manage hotel accounting functions including financial and capital planning, budgeting, month-end financial close, and cash management. Lead the development of a comprehensive annual business plan, complete the year-end process, and coordinate external auditors. Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and SOX compliance, while mentoring the finance team and supervising Information Technology and Procurement functions.
