Job Description
The Area Director of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all accounting processes within two Hyatt Hotels, planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the accounting and control function of the division, and reporting operational results.

Requirements

  • 6 years or more of progressive hotel Accounting experience (typically with Hyatt)
  • Previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
  • Hospitality or Accounting degree preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
