Job Description
Park Hyatt New York seeks a Finance Business Partner who embraces agile principles and thrives in cross-functional collaboration. As the Director of Finance, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a pivotal role in guiding strategic decision-making and financial planning to drive the hotel’s performance and profitability.

Requirements

  • Director of Finance experience in a full-service hotel (luxury experience is a preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years work experience as Director of Finance in a full-service hotel
  • Knowledgeable of NYC union environments is preferred, but not required
  • CA certification would be an advantage
  • University degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills
  • Administrative, interpersonal skills and proficiency in USALI, MS office, Oracle BI and EPM
