Job Description
Park Hyatt New York seeks a Director of Finance who embraces agile principles and thrives in cross-functional collaboration. As the Director of Finance, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a pivotal role in guiding strategic decision-making and financial planning to drive the hotel’s performance and profitability.

Requirements

  • University degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management
  • CA certification (advantage)
  • Minimum 5 years work experience as Director of Finance in a full-service hotel
  • Knowledgeable of NYC union environments (preferred)
  • Fluency in English
  • Administrative, interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in USALI, MS office, Oracle BI and EPM
  • Previous experience with Shared Services (preferred)

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $170,000-$180,000
