As the Director of Finance, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a pivotal role in guiding strategic decision-making and financial planning to drive the hotel’s performance and profitability.

Requirements

  • University degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management
  • CPA certification (advantage)
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Finance in a full-service hotel
  • Strong analytical thinker with proven ability to approach complex challenges with innovative solutions
  • Critical thinking and problem solving with focus on strategic outcomes
  • Administrative, interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in USALI, MS office, Oracle BI and EPM
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills
