Requirements

  • University degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management
  • CPA certification (advantage)
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Finance in a full-service hotel
  • Strong analytical thinker with proven ability to approach complex challenges with innovative solutions
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills with focus on strategic outcomes
  • Administrative, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in USALI, MS office, Oracle BI, and EPM
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience with Shared Services (preferred)
