Requirements

Public accounting experience with Big 4 or national firm
CPA required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred)
Prior experience as a Corporate Controller or Finance Manager within alternative investments or financial services
Strong expertise in management accounting, corporate accounting, and technical accounting
Analytical skills with ability to deliver executive-level insights
Excellent communication skills and executive presence
Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making
