Job Description
The Arc Carroll County is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead and oversee all financial operations and ensure long-term financial sustainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • CPA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably nonprofit
  • Strong experience with automated accounting systems and Excel
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening
