Job Description
A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Senior Finance Director to oversee its management company operations, providing oversight of financial and operational functions, and leading accounting operations, financial reporting, and audit coordination.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of financial services experience; private investment management experience preferred
  • Prior oversight of both controllership and FP&A functions
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, including partnership structures and complex financial arrangements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in a high-performance environment
  • Experience with enterprise financial systems preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with senior leadership
