Role OverviewAs the Interim Director of Financial Reporting, you will provide strategic leadership over the company's financial reporting function, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results. You will partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Internal Audit, and executive leadership to drive compliance with GAAP, strengthen reporting processes, and enhance the quality of financial insights that support business decision-making.
What You Will Do
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process, ensuring accurate GAAP-compliant consolidated financial statements across multiple entities and business units. Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to the CFO, Board, lenders, and other stakeholders, while supporting covenant compliance and ad hoc financial analysis.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- active CPA license required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, and technical accounting
- strong foundation in public accounting (Big Four or national firm preferred)
- extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- experience researching, documenting, and applying complex accounting guidance
