Requirements

  • 10 years shop management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Familiarization with DOT and OSHA rules and regulations is a requirement
  • Strong analysis and decision-making skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
