Job Description
The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for overseeing and leading all F&B operations, including Restaurants, Lounges, Market, Pool Venues, Banquets as well as our Recreation department. The role includes short and long term planning, budget development, marketing plans, and employee management.

Requirements

  • F&B Director experience
  • 6 years or more of progressive resort Food and Beverage experience
  • With opening resorts, previous resort pre-opening experience preferred
  • At least 5 years experience in a senior role in a food and beverage environment
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Resort/Hospitality degree an asset
