Job Description
The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational excellence of all food and beverage operations throughout the resort, ensuring alignment with brand standards, service culture, and profitability goals.

Requirements

  • 6 years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience
  • With opening hotels, previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
