Job Description
The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for leading the food and beverage operations at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina, overseeing multiple outlets, banquet operations, bars, pool service, and in-room dining, and ensuring alignment with brand standards and profitability goals.

Requirements

  • 6 years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience
  • Previous hotel pre-opening experience
  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior role in a food and beverage environment
  • Proven leadership skills
