Job Description
The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for leading the food and beverage operations at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience (typically with Hyatt)
  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior role in a food and beverage environment
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
