Job Description
The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for leading the food and beverage operations at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina. This includes overseeing multiple outlets, banquet operations, bars, pool operations, and in-room dining, while ensuring alignment with brand standards, service culture, and profitability goals.

Requirements

  • 6 years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience
  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior role in a food and beverage environment
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
  • High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume concept
  • Effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
