Job Description
The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, and guest experience of all food and beverage operations throughout the resort.

Requirements

  • 6 years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience
  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior role in a food and beverage environment
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
