Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Food and Beverage to lead our Food and Beverage management team and oversee the strategic direction, daily operations, and performance of all front-of-house food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of leadership experience in a Food and Beverage role and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • 3 years leadership experience in a Food and Beverage role
  • Food Manager Certification (highly preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of Federal & State food safety/alcohol compliance law
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring and developing your team
  • A commitment to creating a guest-first environment
  • Food Handler and TIPS certifications
