Role OverviewThe Director of Food & Beverage will lead the hotel's Food & Beverage division, including restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, pool operations, and hotel amenities. This is a visible, hands-on leadership role for someone who brings strong business acumen, operational discipline, creativity, and a passion for hospitality.
What You Will Do
The Director will lead, coach, and develop Food & Beverage leaders and colleagues, foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. They will also provide strategic and operational leadership across all Food & Beverage operations, champion service excellence, and drive strong standards of cleanliness, organization, safety, sanitation, product quality, inventory controls, and operational readiness.

Requirements
- Proven Food & Beverage leadership experience within a full-service, luxury, or lifestyle hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet, and hotel Food & Beverage operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, develop, and hold high-performing teams accountable
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L performance, forecasting, labor, costs, and profitability
- Experience with Food & Beverage activations, special events, or revenue-generating programming preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with a visible, hands-on presence throughout the operation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events based on business needs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and navigate Food & Beverage outlets, kitchens, banquet spaces, stairs, and service areas
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
