Job Description
GetixHealth is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial strategy, forecasting, and performance insights across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar certification preferred
  • 7–10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field
  • Strong expertise in financial planning, modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
  • Experience creating and presenting financial reports to senior leadership
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems/tools (ERP, BI tools like Power BI preferred)
