Role OverviewYou'll build the financial engine behind Fuse's next stage of growth, working directly with the CEO across planning, fundraising, capital allocation, government programs, and decisions that determine where the company puts its resources. This role requires a strong financial modeling skillset, experience supporting executive leadership, and the ability to translate complex financial data into simple, actionable insights.
What You Will Do
Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic models. Build and maintain operating models across multiple entities, including government and commercial businesses. Manage cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and capital allocation across the business.

Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience across Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or Private Equity
- Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to build complex operating models from scratch
- Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic financial decisions
- Ability to translate complex financial data into simple, actionable insights
- Strong business judgment and exceptional analytical thinking
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Hands-on — willing to build models yourself, not just review someone else's work
