Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of proven supervisory and leadership experience in Front Office
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor and operational budgets
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
