Role Overview

As the Director of Front Office at Grand Hyatt San Diego, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the hotel's Front Desk and Guest Services teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence in one of Hyatt's premier convention hotels.

What You Will Do

Provide strategic and operational leadership for Front Desk and Guest Services, lead, coach, and develop department leaders and colleagues, maintain a strong presence in the lobby and guest areas, oversee staffing and operational efficiencies, and drive financial performance.

Requirements

  • 4 years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience (typically with Hyatt)
  • Previous department head experience required
  • With opening hotels, previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
  • At least 2 years progressive management experience within the Rooms Division of a hotel
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
