Job Description
Monster Energy is looking for a visionary leader to modernize its global benefits strategy and create a comprehensive global benefits program that balances corporate-wide standards with localized regional needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive Benefits experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience managing benefits programs across diverse international regions, demonstrating cultural competence and an understanding of varying local regulations
  • Demonstrated vendor negotiation and management skills
  • Proven ability to think strategically and align benefits programs with overall business objectives and talent management goals
  • Internal customer focus, along with a desire to learn all aspects of the business
  • Financial acumen, including experience with benefits budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost analysis
  • Proficiency in benefits data analysis and reporting to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations.
