Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive Benefits experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience managing benefits programs across diverse international regions
  • Demonstrated vendor negotiation and management skills
  • Proven ability to think strategically
  • Financial acumen, including experience with benefits budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost analysis
  • Proficiency in benefits data analysis and reporting
