Role OverviewThe Director of Global Communications will own the integrated communications strategy across the Apex global franchise, reporting to the VP of Global Marketing at Respawn. This is a highly collaborative leadership role who will help shape the future of how the franchise evolves and how its communication reaches players globally.
What You Will Do
The Director of Global Communications will execute global communication strategies that directly scale player acquisition, retention, and live-service engagement, and craft compelling seasonal narratives that resonate with new, lapsed, and active audiences.

Requirements
- 10+ years of senior communications leadership in gaming, entertainment, or media
- Track record of developing and scaling high-performing, multi-disciplinary communications teams
- Proven track record of building communication strategies directly accountable to business outcomes and navigating matrixed organizations
- Ability to leverage player data, cohort analytics, and live-service signals to optimize communications and drive franchise growth
- Deep expertise in FPS communities, creator relations, and social/community management, with a proven ability to leverage these ecosystems to drive acquisition, retention, and reactivation while managing reputation in fast-moving environments
