Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field

- Proven global sourcing and supplier management experience
- Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP or purchasing systems and Microsoft Excel
