Job Description
We’re building a category-defining business in the rapidly expanding collectibles landscape by fixing a broken system. The Realest provides the authentication and infrastructure that allow the world’s largest rights-holders across sports, music, and entertainment to own, protect, and monetize their physical IP.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role
  • Proven experience leading paid acquisition and scaling growth in a modern, digital-first company
  • Comfortable being highly hands-on across channels, tools, and platforms
  • Strong understanding of funnels, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization
  • Familiar with leveraging AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency, experimentation, and ROI
  • Data-driven, but practical and fast-moving
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity
  • Excited to own outcomes, not just channels
  • Consistently pushes boundaries and finds new, creative, and unconventional ways to reach audiences
  • Motivated by impact, ownership, and building something meaningful
