Job Description
The Avalon of Bloomfield Township is recruiting for Director of Health Services, a role responsible for planning, organizing, and developing all nursing service operations to deliver high-quality care to residents. As a Director of Health Services, you will supervise healthcare personnel, maintain medical charting, and work closely with residents and families to develop and implement Plan of Care.
Requirements
Minimum two (2) years experience in Nursing
Experience in assisted living, memory care preferred
Licensed as a Registered or Licensed Nurse in state of employment
