Role OverviewManages and monitors the financial performance of the agency, ensuring fiscal responsibility and implementing measures to reduce costs and optimize reimbursement. Maintains continuity and coordinates office activities to support the standards of care established by the department.
What You Will Do
Directs staff, develops policies and procedures, and provides support and supervision to support positions as assigned. Ensures a clinical supervisor and RN are available during operating hours and after hours, respectively.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of progressive experience leading home-based care operations or other related healthcare operations
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) certification (preferred)
