Job Description
Thompson Dallas is seeking an experienced Director of Housekeeping to lead housekeeping operations and foster a positive team environment at one of the city’s premier hospitality destinations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in a luxury hotel or high-volume hospitality environment preferred
  • Previous supervisory or management experience required
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, laundry operations, inventory management, labor management, and quality assurance practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and hotel property management systems preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and team development skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as business needs require
