Job Description
Thompson Dallas is seeking an experienced Director of Housekeeping to lead housekeeping operations and foster a positive team environment at one of the city’s premier hospitality destinations.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; college degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in a luxury hotel or high-volume hospitality environment preferred
Previous supervisory or management experience required
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, laundry operations, inventory management, labor management, and quality assurance practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and hotel property management systems preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and team development skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as business needs require
