Job Description
The Director of Housekeeping is responsible for the daily operations and cleanliness of the hotel, including staff training, scheduling, and communication with other departments. This role requires strong leadership skills and attention to detail to ensure customer and associate satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 4 years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
  • Previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
