Role OverviewThe Director of Housekeeping will lead a team to provide a home-like environment for residents in a senior living building. They will adhere to a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment. The Director will train associates on systems, equipment use, housekeeping, and cleaning standards, including chemical usage.
What You Will Do
The Director of Housekeeping will implement cleaning schedules for residents' apartments, laundry, kitchen, and common areas. They will perform housekeeping tasks and laundry services when needed, and demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures.

- Implements cleaning schedules of Residents' apartments, laundry, kitchen, and common areas to assure completion of housekeeping tasks
- Performs housekeeping tasks and laundry services when needed
- Demonstrates knowledge of and follows infection control procedures
