Job Description
Abode Services seeks a Director of Housing to oversee housing programs, foster new housing partnerships, and provide input and expertise to achieve the agency's strategic goal. The position requires a leader committed to excellence and growth, with a proven track record in successful implementation of housing programs for people who are homeless.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social services, business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of professional experience in the human services, social work, or related field
  • 5 years' experience in nonprofit management with a proven track record in successful implementation of housing programs for people who are homeless
  • Use of personal vehicles and proof of valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance, along with a clean DMV record
