Job Description
United Way of Weld County is seeking a Director of HR and Administration to oversee all aspects of administration and human resources department. This role includes strategic planning and implementation of all human resources programs and initiatives, as well as supervisory duties and ambassadorship to lead and sustain the organization-wide efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in HR and Administrative roles
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or Masters preferred
  • Bilingual, Spanish-speaking preferred
