Job Description

The Director of Human Resources will develop and implement systems that support the strategic direction of Momentum, including compensation, benefits, labor and employee relations, training, staff development, recruitment and hiring, risk management and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Eight or more years of experience in progressively responsible service management positions
  • Valid California driver's license
  • Current car insurance
  • Good driving record
