Role Overview

The Director of Human Resources will lead and execute the Business Unit's people strategy to attract, develop, engage, and retain a high-performing workforce across office, field, craft, and project locations. This position is a key member of the West/TX executive leadership team and will play a critical role in building and sustaining a strong company culture, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, developing organizational capability, and aligning HR strategies with business and operational goals.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will develop and execute HR strategies that support MWH's mission, growth objectives, operational priorities, and business strategy. They will translate the West/TX Business Unit's business plan into an integrated people strategy and HR plan, partner with executive and operational leadership on organizational design, strategic workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and total rewards.
