Role Overview

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is seeking a Director of Human Resources to oversee HR operations, manage HR programs, and develop and implement personnel initiatives. The successful candidate will work from OHFA's offices in Columbus, OH, and will be responsible for assessing strategic and organizational development needs, managing HR staff, and acting in a fiduciary relationship to the Executive Director.

The Director of Human Resources will act as senior staff coordinator, manage HR programs, oversee HR staff, and develop and implement personnel initiatives and tasks. The role will involve working from OHFA's offices and collaborating with the Executive Director to achieve the Agency's mission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Policy, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 years' experience in Human Resources
  • 1 year experience in supervising Human Resources Personnel
