Job Description
The Director of Human Resources is a highly visible leadership role at the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel. The position is responsible for aligning people strategies with operational and service initiatives to support the hotel's overall business objectives. The role reports directly to the Hotel General Manager and is a member of the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Executive Committee.

Requirements

  • Minimum of six (6) years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, preferably within hospitality or a similarly complex service environment
  • Strong service-oriented leadership style with polished professional presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across diverse teams
