Job Description
The Director of Human Resources is a highly visible leadership role at the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel, responsible for aligning people strategies with operational and service initiatives to support the hotel’s overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of six (6) years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, preferably within hospitality or a similarly complex service environment
  • Strong service‐oriented leadership style with polished professional presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across diverse teams
  • Effective communicator with clear, concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  • Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and regulatory compliance
