Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our team at Hospital for Behavioral Medicine. As a Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for providing human resources support to the facility, managing all personnel issues, and assisting in preparing personnel-related documents for THE JOINT COMMISSION surveys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • A minimum of two (2) years' experience in human resources, preferably in a health care setting
  • Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested
