Role OverviewThe Director of Human Resources provides strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of human capital across a multi-community senior living organization. This role partners closely with executive and community leadership to drive workforce strategies that support high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
What You Will Do
Lead and execute a comprehensive HR strategy, oversee recruitment strategies, develop workforce planning initiatives, provide leadership over employee relations, design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and senior living regulations, and lead training and leadership development initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or multi-site operations
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and regulatory environments
- Proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across all levels of an organization
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
