Role Overview

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for all Employee and Labor Relations functions in the Las Vegas Region. This includes oversight of all employee investigations, enforcement of union contracts, advice, counsel and HR support to all levels of management, training and developing of the HR Integrity & Performance/Culture staff, HR training for all levels of the Operations staff, managing the grievance, mediation and arbitration processes, making employment decisions in resolution of team member performance and conduct issues, handling outside agency issues, frequent interaction with multiple unions concerning collective bargaining issues, participation in collective bargaining and other employee issues and concerns.

Lead the HR Integrity organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies. Ensures that fair employment practices and company polices are applied consistently and fairly and the properties are in compliance with all legal and company policies.
