Role OverviewThe Director of Human Resources is a strategic leader responsible for guiding and advancing all aspects of the University's human resources function. This role provides leadership and oversight for talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, HR technology, and policy development.
What You Will Do
Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of the Human Resources Department, lead and mentor the HR team, develop departmental goals, manage the HR budget, and resolve complex or sensitive employee issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Seven to ten years of progressively responsible human resources leadership experience
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification strongly desired
- Experience in higher education or a similarly complex organizational environment desired
