Role OverviewThe Director of Human Resources will act as senior staff coordinator with OHFA, assessing strategic and organizational development needs of operating and business offices, managing HR programs, and overseeing HR staff in developing and implementing personnel initiatives and tasks.

The Director of Human Resources will work from OHFA's offices, located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231, and will be responsible for managing HR programs, overseeing HR staff, and developing and implementing personnel initiatives and tasks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Policy, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years' experience in Human Resources
- 1 year experience in supervising Human Resources Personnel
- OR 7 years' experience in Human Resources; AND 1 year experience in supervising Human Resources Personnel
