Director Of Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources oversees operations of the Human Resources department, including employment practices, employee relations, and company benefits. Develops and manages processes to reduce turnover and improve the customer experience.

What You Will Do

Responsible for employee investigations, standardized hiring practices, FMLA, ADA, employee performance, recruitment, training, recognition, and retention. Develops and manages the budget for the Human Resources department.
