Job Description
The City of Pueblo is seeking a Director of Human Resources to manage all human resources activities, provide support to the Mayor and department directors, and supervise staff coordinating training, development, and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education from an accredited college or university with coursework in management, public administration, human resources, or a related field
  • At least seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources
  • At least five (5) years of experience in a senior level position within a municipal government
  • A valid driver's license at the time of application, and a valid Colorado driver's license within 30 days of employment
