Role OverviewThe Director of Information Technology will lead internal technology infrastructure, enterprise systems, and IT personnel. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management and project delivery to support a growing aerospace and defense organization.

The Director of Information Technology will lead and mentor a lean IT team, manage daily operations, and translate business priorities into secure, reliable technology solutions. Key responsibilities include team leadership and development, infrastructure and SharePoint administration, defense compliance and security, project and vendor management, and executive partnership.

Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SharePoint administration, Microsoft 365 environments, Active Directory, and secure network infrastructure

- Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable updates for executive leadership

- U.S. person status and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
