Role OverviewThe Director of Infrastructure, Cloud & Enterprise Platforms is responsible for the leadership, strategy, architecture, delivery, security, and operational performance of the organization's technology infrastructure. This role oversees all infrastructure services from Helpdesk through Cloud Engineering and Infrastructure Operations while enabling business-critical platforms, enterprise integrations, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience as a IT led or Director
- 5+ years leading infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise platform teams
- Demonstrated experience managing cloud environments within Azure and AWS
- Strong experience supporting enterprise ERP, CRM, logistics, and transportation systems
- Experience managing technology budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and digital transformation initiatives
